Welcome to Mesa Vela Art ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website www.mesavelaart.com and the purchase of any products from our online store.

By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

2. Products and Prints

Made-to-Order: All canvases are produced on demand upon order placement.

Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, slight color variations between digital screens and final printed physical products are normal and inherent to print production.

Sizing & Availability: Products are offered subject to availability and location. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any geographic region or jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.

Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, Klarna, Credit Cards). All transactions are processed securely.

Pricing & Taxes: Prices displayed include standard applicable sales tax (VAT) where required. Any additional import duties or local customs taxes applicable in destinations outside our primary printing hubs are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Shipping, Production & Returns

All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations: Because orders enter automated production shortly after payment, cancellations or order modifications are generally not possible once an order is placed.

Returns: As products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer order errors (e.g., incorrect size or artwork selected).

Damaged Items: Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded free of charge if reported within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, image designs, branding, website content, and visual assets displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Mesa Vela Art or licensed for use by us.

Purchasing a physical print or licensing a product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the customer. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our artwork without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, shipping delays by external carriers, or the use of our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
